I really don't know about this. But people are saying that the government has a 'weapon' that can manipulate the environment, cause natural disasters and change the climate. I cant really say weather I believe this or not, but I found some video on it. The machine is called H.A.A.R.P. and I guess many countries around the world use it to study our atmosphere.
